How Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Works

Healthy blood vessels deliver ample oxygen

Treatment Process

Step 1. Entry

You enter the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

Step 2. Pressurization

The chamber pressure is gradually raised to the target pressure.

Your ears may feel blocked,

but swallowing, yawning, the Valsalva maneuver and the like

can help equalize the pressure.

Step 3. Inhalation

While the set pressure is maintained, breathe comfortably

and inhale high-concentration oxygen. It's fine to fall asleep.

Step 4. Depressurization

The chamber pressure is slowly lowered back to atmospheric pressure.

Simply breathe comfortably without holding your breath.

Step 5. Exit

You exit the chamber following the medical staff's guidance.
